Not your typical weekend warrior, I grew up thinking everything was a competition. It wasn’t until my thirties before I realized I had more fun from the joy of competition and new experiences than from the end result of winning or losing.
I found being on my bike, in the woods, very anchoring, grounding me to the present, no competition other than with myself. I always leave the trail tired but with a clear mind and a higher vibration; excited for the next ride and new experience.
So I created this blog as a place to share my tales and adventures, both on and off the bike, and to hear yours as well. I do not consider myself an expert or a pro cyclist by any means, but I do know how to have fun. I look forward to connecting with you and hope to meet you on the trail soon.
